update

sculpture sketch

I am entering week 3 of of my last year here at Long Beach! Very exciting and a little scary. I'm taking Concentrated Studies in Life Drawing/Painting, BFA Caps, Figure Sculpture, Italian Literature, History of Drawings and Prints, and Comic Spirit. Whew! Here is a 10 minute sketch I did with clay in my beginning sculpture class last week--it kind of just looks like a blob...but it's so much fun! Like gesture drawing in 3D.

School is keeping me very busy, and I don't have internet at my new apartment, but I'll try to update as often as I can (which will probably be pretty often since I'm going to be living in my studio this year :)
